Jared Kimber
Jared is a Hope College graduate originally from Cleveland, Ohio (Go Buckeyes!). He studied criminal justice and pursued a career in law enforcement then stumbled upon the insurance business.
He started the agency in 2016 with a goal to serve his community through relationships, education, and advice. He realized early on that insurance is complicated and can be confusing. His agency strives to help all of its clients protect what matters most and wants to provide everyone with the right coverage at a fair price.
Outside of work, Jared loves spending time with his wife, Emily, their wonderful daughter, and two sons. They enjoy getting ice cream, visiting Lake Michigan, taking family walks and bike rides, and watching Ohio State and Michigan State sports.
Tom Crawford
Tom joined the agency in 2025, bringing with him a strong and diverse background in both business and residential sales across Illinois, Michigan, and Maryland. He has a true passion for helping individuals and businesses secure comprehensive insurance protection. Known for his integrity and dependability, he is a trusted resource for our clients and enjoys finding new opportunities for the agency to provide value.
Tom loves being involved in the community. He has volunteered with organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters and Meals on Wheels West Michigan, and even worked as a radio DJ in Minnesota during his college years.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys staying active at MVP, following college sports, and training dogs in K9 programs. He is also a professional musician, specializing in piano and keyboards with a focus on pop and classic rock. In addition, Tom performs stand-up comedy at venues in Grand Rapids.
